1. General Provisions

This policy of personal data processing is based on the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” dated 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI (hereinafter - the Law), as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 dated 27.04.2016 (EU General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter - GDPR) and determines the order of personal data processing and measures to ensure the security of personal data Psahno.com (hereinafter - the Operator). We pay great attention to the privacy of your data and make every effort to keep your personal data safe.

1.1  The travel information platform Psahno.com provides information and offers services of online partners (different types of rentals and activities) on its website and on other online platforms such as partner websites and social networks. This is important to know as the Privacy Policy applies to all of these platforms.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

The operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person with the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by law, on the basis of a contract concluded with this person.

7.2  The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be disclosed to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of the applicable law. 7.3  In case of any inaccuracies in the personal data, the User may update them independently in his/her personal account.

7.4  The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data and stop using the services of the Psahno website. To do so, you must write to the administrator at info@psahno.com about the termination of your activity on the Psahno website and the decision to delete your account and all related information.

8. Cross-border transfer of personal data

9.2  Ensuring the security of personal data is achieved in particular by:

10. Rights of personal data subjects

10.1  The subject of personal data has the right to receive information about the processing of his/her personal data by the Operator.

10.2  The personal data subject has the right to demand from the Operator to clarify the personal data of the personal data subject processed by the Operator, block or destroy them in case the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided for by law to protect his/her rights.

10.3  The right of the personal data subject to access his/her personal data may be restricted in accordance with the laws, including if:

Personal data processing, including personal data obtained as a result of operative investigation, counterintelligence and intelligence activities, is carried out for the purposes of national defense, state security and law and order protection.

Processing of personal data is carried out by the bodies that detained the personal data subject on suspicion of committing a crime, or filed criminal charges against the subject of personal data, or applied a preventive measure to the subject of personal data prior to the filing of charges, except for cases provided for by the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine, if it is allowed to familiarize the suspect or accused with such personal data.

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation on combating legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime and terrorism financing.

Access of the subject of personal data to his/her personal data violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.

Processing of personal data is carried out in cases stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine on transport security, in order to ensure sustainable and safe functioning of the transport complex, protection of interests of individuals, society and the state in the sphere of transport complex from acts of unlawful interference.

10.4  In order to realize his/her rights and protect legitimate interests, the subject of personal data has the right to address the Operator. The Operator considers any appeals and complaints from personal data subjects, thoroughly investigates the facts of violations and takes all necessary measures for their immediate elimination, punishment of guilty persons and settlement of disputable and conflict situations in a pre-trial procedure.

10.5  The subject of personal data has the right to appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator by appealing to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

10.6  The subject of personal data has the right to protect his/her rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for losses or moral damage in court.

11. Clarification, blocking and destruction of personal data

11.1  The purpose of clarification of personal data, including updates and changes, is to ensure the accuracy, completeness and relevance of personal data processed by the Operator.

11.2  The Operator shall clarify personal data on its own initiative, at the request of the personal data subject or his/her representative, at the request of third parties (Operator's partners included in the process of rendering services by the Operator), the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects in cases when it is established that personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate.

11.3  The purpose of personal data blocking is temporary cessation of personal data processing until the circumstances that served as the basis for personal data blocking are eliminated. 

11.4  Blocking of personal data shall be performed by the Operator at the request of the personal data subject or his/her representative, as well as at the request of the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects in case of identification of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions with them.

11.5  Destruction of personal data shall be carried out by the Operator:

Upon achievement of the purpose of personal data processing.

In case of loss of necessity to achieve the purposes of personal data processing.

In case of withdrawal of the personal data, subject's consent to the processing of his/her personal data.

At the request of the personal data subject or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects in case of revealing the facts of committing by the administration of illegal actions with personal data, when it is impossible to eliminate the relevant violations.

12. Final Provisions

12.1  The User may obtain any clarifications on the issues of interest regarding the processing of his/her personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail at help@psahno.com.

12.2  This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.

12.3.  Control over fulfillment of the requirements of this Policy shall be carried out by the person responsible for personal data security.
