На острове Янина, в гостеприимной зоне монастыря Аг. Пантелеймон, который Али-Паша превратил в дом отдыха, впервые открылся музей дореволюционного периода в 1958 году благодаря инициативе просвещенных людей Джаннио. В том же помещении с мая 2012 года находится Музей Али-Паши и революционного периода , который включает в себя большую коллекцию Фотиса Рапакусиса.
В главном здании выставлены предметы, имеющие прямое или косвенное отношение к Али-Паше в период его деятельности (1788-1822 гг.), А во втором здании - реликвии периода греческой революционной борьбы со свержением Османского ига в 19 веке.
А так же размещены уникальные исторические реликвии, такие как золотой кариофил Али-Паши 1804 года, серебряный меч народного благотворителя Апостола Арсакиса 1813 года, оригинальный костюм Киры Василики жены Али-Паши, знаменитый длинный мундштук Али Паши, шторы с вышитой монографией султана Махмута II 1808-1836 годов и многое другое.
Красивое окружение музея охраняется как бессонная стража внушительным 700-летним платановым деревом, в том же районе находятся пещеры, в которых находились святые фигуры, такие как аскетический святой Савва 15 век, двоюродные братья святые Феофанис и Нектариос Апсарадес и многие другие. В этих пещерах нашли убежище жители острова, что бы спрятаться от бомбардировок ВВС Италии в ноябре 1940 года.
